Who you are dealing with

Let's Dance Prague, Prague, Czechia. Contact us at llesoleill@letsjoin.now or through Instagram. We answer emails ourselves — there is no support desk in between.

What you are buying

A place at a dance event: a set of masterclasses with invited choreographers, held on one announced date at a studio in Prague. The date, the timetable, the choreographers and what a ticket includes are on the event page for that edition.

A ticket admits one named person.

How a booking is made

This website does not sell tickets. It takes an enquiry.

  1. You send an enquiry through the form, or write to us directly.
  2. We reply with the current price, how to pay, and the deadline.
  3. You pay.
  4. We record your booking and send your ticket by email.

The contract between us exists from the moment we confirm your booking after payment — not when you send the enquiry. Until then nothing is reserved and you owe nothing.

Price

The price of the ticket you are buying is the one shown on the event page at the time, and confirmed to you in writing before you pay.

That is the full amount. There are no booking fees, service charges, or extras added later.

Prices can change between now and the event. The price confirmed to you is the one that applies to you.

Payment

The payment method — and the account details, where relevant — are confirmed to you before you pay. Your place is held once the payment reaches us; if it does not arrive by the deadline we gave you, the place goes back on sale.

Your ticket is sent to the email address you gave us, and you can open it again at any time on this site.

There is no 14-day right of withdrawal

Distance-selling rules normally give consumers 14 days to change their mind. That right does not apply to this booking.

Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU excludes services connected with leisure activities that are supplied on a specific date. An event on a fixed day is exactly that, and the Court of Justice has confirmed it applies to ticket sales of this kind (Case C-96/21, CTS Eventim).

We are telling you this because the law requires that you be told before you book, even though the right itself does not arise. Everything below is what we offer instead.

If you cannot come

The ticket price is not refundable once your booking is confirmed.

You can pass your place to someone else. Tell us the new person's name before the event and we will re-issue the ticket to them. There is no fee for this.

If we cancel or move the event

If we cancel the event outright, you choose: a full refund, or your place at the rescheduled date. If we move the event to another date, the same choice applies — you are not obliged to accept the new date.

Refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 days of your telling us which you want. We contact you at the email address you booked with, so keep it current.

A change to the timetable or to which choreographers appear is not a cancellation and does not give a refund, unless what is left is materially different from what you booked.

At the event

Take part within your own limits. If you have an injury or a condition that affects what you can do, tell the instructor before the class starts.

We photograph and film our events and use the material on our own channels and social media. We ask about this when you register, and you can tell us at any time — before or after the event — that you would rather not appear; write to llesoleill@letsjoin.now.

Your personal data

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Complaints

Write to llesoleill@letsjoin.now. Tell us what went wrong and what you would like done. You will get an answer, from a person, within 14 days.

If we cannot settle it between us, you can take the dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes in Czechia: adr.coi.cz. It is free and you do not need a lawyer.

Law and language

These terms are governed by Czech law. That does not take away the protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in — where your own law gives you more, that is what applies.

The English version of these terms is the authentic one. The translations are provided so that you can read them in your own language; if a translation and the English text disagree on a point of wording, the English text is what we meant. This does not apply to price, cancellation and refund terms: those must be right in every language, and if one is wrong, the reading that favours you applies.

Changes

The date at the top changes whenever these terms do. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones in force on the day we confirmed it.
