Cookie Policy
This page lists everything this website stores in your browser. "Cookie" here also covers the browser storage described at the bottom — the law treats them the same way, so we list them the same way.
Nothing in the Analytics section is loaded until you accept it. Before that, no request goes to Google Analytics at all.
Necessary
These are what makes the site work. They cannot be switched off, and under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive they do not need your consent.
cc_cookie
- Set by: this website (first party)
- Purpose: remembers your cookie choice, so the banner does not ask again
- Lasts: 6 months
- Basis: strictly necessary — it exists only to record your decision
customerData
- Set by: this website (first party, browser local storage)
- Purpose: keeps you signed in to your own ticket page after you have looked your ticket up, so you do not re-enter your details on every visit
- Contains: the ticket details you looked up, including your name and email
- Lasts: until you choose show other ticket, or clear your browser data
- Basis: strictly necessary for a service you explicitly asked for
Analytics — only with your consent
Off by default. Set only after you accept analytics in the banner, and removed again if you withdraw.
_ga
- Set by: Google Analytics, stored on this website's own domain
- Purpose: distinguishes one browser from another so visits can be counted
- Lasts: 2 years
- Basis: your consent
_ga_<measurement-id>
- Set by: Google Analytics, stored on this website's own domain
- Purpose: keeps the state of the current visit for GA4
- Lasts: 2 years
- Basis: your consent
We do not run advertising tags. Ad storage, ad personalisation and ad user data are switched off in our Google Consent Mode configuration and stay off whatever you choose.
Anti-fraud
_GRECAPTCHA
- Set by: Google, on google.com (third party)
- Purpose: lets Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise tell a person from a script on our enquiry and ticket-lookup forms
- Lasts: 6 months
- Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping automated abuse out of forms a very small team reads by hand
Two honest notes. First, this one loads with the forms rather than waiting for consent, because we treat abuse protection as necessary to offer the form at all — that is our reading of the rules, not a settled one. Second, Google receives your IP address and interaction signals as part of it. Google states that reCAPTCHA data is not used for personalised advertising. If you would rather not be scored, email us instead of using the form: llesoleill@letsjoin.now.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Turning analytics off also deletes the analytics cookies that were already set — you do not have to clear them yourself.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies for this site entirely. The site will still work, but you may have to look your ticket up again on each visit.
